As a concerned Christian, I am outraged at the approval of the morning after pill for over-the-counter use. This insult to human life will certainly get the attention of the Almighty.
Pharmaceutical companies, doctors, women's rights groups, and many politicians are hailing the FDA's decision as a step forward for health care in America. This absurdity just validates the sad state of affairs this country is really in. As a nation we are hailing death. That's right, DEATH! Headline news is boldly proclaiming that stopping pregnancy is a gift to humanity.
The Bible says that there is nothing new under the sun. While mankind may view the morning after pill as something new to the world, the truth is this capability existed in generations that lived thousands of years ago. The only problem is serious consequences occurred as a result.
"The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun." (Eccl. 1:9)
How do I know women were taking potions to end pregnancy thousands of years ago? There are actually two extra-Biblical books that state it. I'm referring to the Book of Jasher and the Book of Enoch. Both of these books have great historical value and have been accepted by many scholars. The book of Jasher is even mentioned twice in the Bible (Joshua 10:13 & II Samuel 1:18), but is never found in the Bible. In the book of Jasher there is a detailed account of the world just prior to God destroying it in a cataclysmic flood. Here's what Jasher says:
"For in those days the sons of men began to trespass against God, and to transgress the commandments which he had commanded to Adam, to be fruitful and multiply in the earth. And some of the sons of men caused their wives to drink a draught that would render them barren, in order that they might retain their figures and whereby their beautiful appearance might not fade." (Jasher Chapter 2:19-20)
That's pretty shocking isn't it? This is a book that is thousands of years old.
In the Book of Enoch it says that one of the fallen angels came to the earth and taught women how to abort life from the womb. Here's what it says:
"The name of the fifth (angel) is Kasyade: he discovered to the children of men every wicked stroke of spirits and demons. The stroke of the embryo in the womb, to diminish it..." (Enoch 68:17-18)
Then we can also turn to what Jesus Christ had to say:
"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, kill, and to destroy. I am come that they may have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)
Why am I so upset about the morning after pill and the consequences it will have on our nation?
Because I care for our nation. I care for the health and well being of women. I care about what the Creator of Heaven and Earth says is right. We are a nation under siege from constant threats of terror, an illegal immigration invasion, soaring crime, an economy going south, etc., etc... We expect God's blessings and cry out for his goodness yet we have no regard for human life. This aught not to be.
God was so upset and disgusted with what was occuring in Noah's day that he decided to flood the whole earth and destroy every living thing on the planet except for Noah, his family and the animals on the ark. The consequences of our nation's actions are very serious. Women need to understand that they are being used by the devil. He doesn't care about human life. The morning after pill is a convenient, non-gruisome way to end human life. No longer will women have to go through the horrors of a brutal abortion performed in a doctor's office to end life. Now, all they'll need to do is pop a little pill every time after sex and they'll be 89% assured that life will end, if they got pregnant.
"Oh, I don't believe life begins at conception," you say. Try taking that argument up with God when you have to stand before him some day to account for your life. The following passage from the book of Jeremiah not only proves life at conception, but actually proves that God knows us even before conception takes place. "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." (Jeremiah 1:4)
The bottom line is women are being used. The arguments in support of the morning after pill are words coming straight from the devil. He wants people to have all the sex they want without producing children. The Bible says that the devil would end all human life if he could get away with it (Matthew 24:22). There's something really sinister about Satan getting human beings to go along with his lies to abort human life thinking it's a good thing.
While I am coming at this deception from a spiritual perspective, women need to understand that from a health standpoint the morning after pill is destructive to their bodies. Pumping the human body full of a toxic brew of synthetic hormones can have serious long-term consequences on your hormonal system, immune system, endocrine system, and your entire body, not to mention the emotional trauma you will go through for ending a life. The Pharmaceutical/Medical/Media cartel will never tell you that all women who abort human life are scarred forever and are impacted in one way or another in a negative way. Don't become a victim of this lie.
Many people reading this article may think I am being too judgmental. I am not trying to judge anyone. God is the ultimate judge and decider of our lives. There is still hope for everyone even if you've made the wrong choices, but the time is soon running out. No matter what you've done wrong God can and will forgive you if you repent of your ways and ask him to renew your mind and your heart. God doesn't take delight in destroying the world or ending human life. However, God is also not going to sit back and pour out his blessings on our nation, fill our barns with plenty, or bless our troops in battle when we spit in his face.
This world is quickly passing away and all that's going to be left soon is eternity. You will end up in one of two places: with our Heavenly Father or in hell with the devil. I pray that someone reading this article will have a change of heart and that people will be impacted in a positive way. Quit buying into the lies of the media and the societal mindset that everything is okay, just do what feels good or right in your own mind. There is only one way to everlasting life. Grab hold of it and take it before it's too late!
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)
