December 28, 2009 (LPAC)—The health care bill passed by the U.S. Senate on Dec. 24 "is implicitly an attack on the United States by the British government," Lyndon LaRouche said today. "The whole pattern of this thing was engendered beginning with Tony Blair, by the British government. It's Tony Blair's policy which they are attempting to foist on the U.S.—the same Tony Blair who lied and who involved the U.S. in a war in Iraq. And the Queen herself is heavily implicated in this."

LaRouche stated that the provision in the health care bill passed by the Senate, forbidding any future changes in the bill, is not only flagrantly unconstitutional. "It has all the paw-marks" of the British operation against Europe, contained in the Lisbon Treaty, which had the identical irreversible feature. Even Hitler only declared himself dictator for life, LaRouche remarked.

"This is tantamount to an act of war against the United States, by trying to impose this condition. The way the bill was composed follows the pattern set by the British in crafting the policies for the Lisbon Treaty." But in the case of Lisbon, the German Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe ruled that the section of that treaty banning any future changes, was struck down, modifying that aspect of the final treaty.

LaRouche took note of the fact that London's mouthpiece, The Economist magazine, praised the Senate's action as "the most consequential vote in the Senate for more than 40 years." "That really identifies the authorship," LaRouche commented.

"The bill is designed to, in effect, overthrow the U.S. Constitution. When this is done by connivance by a foreign power, that is an attack on the United States. Any people who support such an attack may be suspected of treason. Because the attempt to destroy the Constitution of the U.S. is tantamount to a virtual act of war. Therefore, any official of the U.S. who complies with that, may be regarded as a traitor.

"Because this is something which overthrows the U.S. Constitution by subterfuges. So it has to be treated as an act of aggression against the Constitution of the Nation. This means it calls for the automatic impeachment of the official who is complicit in this kind of thing. This was foisted on the U.S. with the complicity of people in the U.S. government."

LaRouche advised: "Get your local citizen going directly against the foreign enemy, and those who cooperate with the British, who are suspect of committing acts tantamount to treason. You will not get the reaction on this if you leave that out. The American people will respond to an attack by a foreign power, even an attack of this type. If you start debating the issue, they'll debate it. If you say this is an attack on the U.S. by a foreign power, or by the influence of a foreign power, then you will get the American people to respond.

"We are going to crush this bill, by mobilizing against the foreign enemy, the British Empire, that has run this effort, specifically to destroy the United States. We have got to unleash the popular revolt against this fundamental British assault against the United States. The very survival of the United States now depends on defeating this 'American Lisbon Treaty.'"

LaRouche also said that we are investigating reports that this particular part of the bill—which unconstitutionally prohibits its own alteration or revocation—was inserted at the last minute. Some sources say it was not even part of the bill that Harry Reid released as the final draft. It is not even clear that many members of the Senate knew what they were voting for. Do not underestimate the FBI reign of terror factor, in pushing this monstrosity through.

The Senate bill, LaRouche continued, reflects the fact that the Obama Administration is run, top down, as an instrument of the British Monarchy. The British run the U.S. government, top down, from the White House. And we are probing the obvious role of the Emanuel brothers in this atrocity.

This is the British hysterical reaction to their defeat at Copenhagen, LaRouche added. Look at the role of the FBI in blackmailing and terrorizing resisting members of Congress. Look at the last-moment reversal of Sen. Ben Nelson's opposition. Now, with the memory of the August constituent revolt, members of Congress will be told not to go anywhere near their constituents. Because the level of anger today is light years beyond what it was in August. By pushing through the Senate bill—with the totally unconstitutional clause forbidding any future Congress from making any changes—the Senate, under top-down British/White House control, has now lit the fuse. The fuse is burning, getting closer and closer to the actual bomb.

That is where we are, going into the New Year week.
